1.   Advising Nidec Group (Japan) on 05 projects in Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park

Providing investment and legal advisory services to Nidec Group (Japan) investing in a complex of 05 projects with a total capital of US $ 1 billion in Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park, including:

• Obtain the Approval of the Prime Minister and Government on a special tax incentives regime;
• Consulting, drafting a complex project of 05 high-tech projects proposing tax incentives and specific incentives of the Project;
• Consult and represent for customers to negotiate and sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the People’s Committee of Hanoi;

2. Advising a group of European investors on the establishment of the University in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Providing investment advisory and legal services to five (05) investors from the EU in investing in the project “European Management University in Hanoi, Vietnam:

• Total investment capital of about 50 million USD.
• The scale of land use: 5 ha
• Consulting activities:
  • Legal advice on investment conditions, order and procedures, investment incentives
  • Drafting application file for Investment Registration Certificate, Enterprise Registration Certificate
  • Advise, support to negotiate, draft and revise to sign MOU with Hanoi People’s Committee, Members Agreement between the investors, etc relating to the establishment of the project

3.   Advising Chaun Choung Technology Company (Taiwan) to invest in 01 new project in Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park

Providing investment consultancy and legal services for Taiwanese investor – Chaun Choung Technology Corporation – with a Hi-Tech project in Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park with a total capital of about 176 million USD

• Legal advice on investment lawsuits, order and procedures and investment incentives;
• Drafting application for Investment Registration Certificate, Business Registration Certificate, and deposit procedures to ensure the implementation of investment projects.
• Provide management services legal procedures Land and Construction.

4.   Advising Hyosung TNS Group (Korea) on the establishment of a foreign investment project in Yen Phong II-C Industrial Park, Bac Ninh

Support for Korean investors – Hyosung TNS Inc in

• Implementing a 100 million USD Hi-Tech Project producing ATM and related devices.
• Reviewing application file for Investment Registration Certificate, Enterprise Registration Certificate, Hi-tech Certificate for the Project.
• Legal support and advice on conditions, order and procedures for certification of operation under the mechanism of Export Processing Enterprises.

Supporting Hyosung TNS Group (Korea) and its subsidiary Hyosung Financial System Vina (Vietnam) to negotiate a Joint Venture Agreement with Vietnamese partners to establish a Joint Venture of ATMs, cash and other related services

• Consult about conditions for investment and business cooperation between Hyosung Financial System Vina and partners
• Consulting and reviewing the joint venture contract between Hyosung Financial System Vina and partners
• Support for content negotiation, joint venture contract terms between Hyosung Financial System Vina with partners
• Support in reviewing the above-said joint venture’s application file for Investment Registration Certificate, Enterprise Registration Certificate

5.   Advising VinGroup (Vietnam) on the investment of 16 High-Tech Projects in Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park

Providing investment, legal and strategic advisory services to VinGroup, one of the largest groups in Vietnam with the aim of winning the highest incentives and approving the investment plan of a complex of 16 High-Tech Projects in Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park with total investment capital is 3 billion USD.

• Consulting and drafting a draft of a complex project of 16 high-tech projects to request for a decision on investment policy of the Prime Minister.
• The consultant prepares a draft Investment Proposal for each component project (as shown in the table) to apply for an Investment Registration Certificate for each component project.

6.   Advising VinGroup (Vietnam) Vaccine Project in Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park

Providing investment, legal and strategic advisory services to VinGroup and its affiliates on application for Project amendment to implement Vaccine manufacturing activities in Hoa Lac Hi-Tech with total of USD 123,173,913 investment capital, including:

• Provide legal advice on investment regulations, order and procedures, strategic plan;
• Drafting application documents for amendment of the Investment Policy Approval as required.

7. Advising VinhomesIZ (Vietnam) on the Establishment of an Industrial Park in Vung Ang Economic Zone

Providing investment, legal and strategic advisory services to VinhomesIZ on the application for the  and its affiliates on application for the Establishment of an Industrial Park in Vung Ang Economic Zone with a total of USD 10.936.132.983 investment capital, including:

• Provide legal advice on investment regulations, order and procedures, strategic plan;
• Drafting application documents for The Establishment of the industrial park as required.

8. Advising VinGroup (Vietnam) VINES Cell Pin Factory Project in Vung Ang Economic Zone

Providing investment, legal and strategic advisory services to VinGroup and its affiliates on application for Project amendment to implement Cell Pin Manufacture and Repair Factory in Vung Ang Economic Zone with total of USD 351,233 investment capital, including:

• Provide legal advice on investment regulations, order and procedures, strategic plan;
• Drafting application documents for amendment of the Investment Policy Approval as required.

9. Advising Ven Limited Liability Company (Korea) on the establishment of a foreign investment project in Vietnam

9.1 Project in Yen Phong II-C Industrial Park, Bac Ninh

Support on applying for a foreign investment project license in Yen Phong II-C Industrial Park, Bac Ninh with the following work contents:

• Support for negotiation and review of the signing and implementation of Memorandum of Understanding, Principle Contract, Official Contract on Land Sublease in Yen Phong II-C Industrial Park, Bac Ninh – is one of the Legal documents of the application file for a foreign investment project license.
• Supporting, consulting on drafting and negotiating capital mobilization contracts for the project.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing dossiers of application for Investment Registration Certificates, Enterprises Registration Certificates for the Project.
• Provide legal assistance and advice on the investor’s plan to implement the business intent after being licensed for investment, establishing an enterprise.

9.2 Project in Minh Quang Industrial Park, Hung Yen

Advising Ven Limited Liability Company (Korea) on some activities related to the Project of investment in building factories and offices for lease in Hung Yen.

10. Advising HB Tech Co., Ltd. – a company with 100% Korean investment capital – on the establishment of a foreign investment project in Yen Phong II-C Industrial Park, Bac Ninh

Total investment capital: USD6,739,130

Scale of land use: 2 ha

Consulting activities include:

• Advise on the laws and regulations of Vietnam on the conditions, requirements and procedures necessary to apply for an Investment Registration Certificate (IRC) and supplement the real estate business; answer the questions of Party A about relevant procedures.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing dossiers of application for Investment Registration Certificates, Enterprise Registration Certificates for the Project.

11. Advising WENET INC (USA) Company and 03 Vietnamese investors to establish new investment project in Hanoi

• Consulting structure, implementation plan of level 1 projects.
• Provide legal advice based on the regulations and laws of Vietnam on conditions, requirements and procedures for Investment Registration Certificate (“IRC”),  Enterprise Registration Certificate (” ERC ”), responding to customer inquiries about related procedures with Total investment capital: USD 8,086,956.
• Support drafting, reviewing and finalizing Member Contract among Investors.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing dossiers of application for Investment Registration Certificates, Enterprise Registration Certificates for the Project.

12. Advising Dat Viet Construction and Trading Investment Joint Stock Company on the establishment of an investment project to build a complex of offices for rent, hotels, specialist housing and ancillary facilities at the Hoa Lac High Technology Park

• Consult about the laws and regulations of Vietnam on the conditions, requirements, records, procedures for investment and business necessary to apply for the license for construction investment projects
• Consulting, drafting, reviewing and completing preliminary project of construction investment project with:
  • a total investment capital of about USD 31,565,217;
  • an area of 1.6 ha. Assist in drafting and reviewing the application for Investment Policy Approval for the Project;

13. Advising Huizhou Galaxia Device Company Limited on the establishment of an investment project to manufacturing ATM components in Yen Phong II-C Industrial Zone

• Consult about the laws and regulations of Vietnam on the conditions, requirements, application documents, investment procedures and business procedures necessary to apply for the establishment of the project.
• Consulting, drafting, reviewing and completing preliminary project of construction investment project with a total investment capital of about 1,000,000 USD (One million USD).
• Legal support and advice on conditions, order and procedures for certification of operation under the mechanism of Export Processing Enterprises.
